WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2012-- The Washington Post Company (NYSE: WPO) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $2.45 per share, payable on May 4, 2012, to shareholders of record on April 23, 2012.
