Kaplan offers a broad scope of programs and assessment tools aimed at helping students and teachers in the formative K through 12 years. Score Score provides after-school learning programs to children in grades pre-K-10 through 80 centers nationwide. Founded in 1992, Score helps students reach their academic potential in math, reading and writing, all while building children's love of learning and sense of self-confidence. Score's program includes personal coaching, positive reinforcement and a customized curriculum that adapts to each child's pace and learning needs. Kaplan K12 Learning Services Kaplan K12 Learning Services partners with schools to provide high-quality instructional programs that improve results and help all students achieve. With hundreds of district partners, Kaplan K12 supports educators with innovative technologies, professional development and core and supplemental curricula to meet state standards. Kaplan Virtual Education Kaplan Virtual Education (KVE) provides online education through the operation of both private and public schools. The range of KVE programs is as diverse as its students. From accelerated learners seeking advanced placement and college prep courses, to adults, home-schooled students and at-risk teenagers who require an alternative to traditional high school, KVE has a program to fit.
Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions With thousands of classroom locations throughout the U.S. and abroad, Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions has served well over three million students in 71 years. This division prepares students for more than 90 standardized tests, including entrance exams for secondary school, college and graduate school as well as English language and professional licensing exams. Kaplan Higher Education Kaplan Higher Education is one of the largest for-profit providers of postsecondary education in the U.S., serving more students than many public universities. Kaplan operates more than 70 campuses in the U.S. and higher ed schools in the U.K., Ireland, Asia, and Australia as well as online programs through Kaplan University and Concord Law School. Kaplan Higher Education offers students career-oriented master's, bachelor's and associate's degrees as well as certificates and diplomas. Students gain the skills necessary to qualify them for employment in a variety of fields, including criminal justice, health care, business, education, financial planning, information technology, legal and paralegal studies, fashion and design. Each of the U.S. schools is separately accredited by one of several national or regional accrediting agencies approved by the U.S. Department of Education. Kaplan’s international institutions include Dublin Business School, Ireland’s largest private undergraduate college, as well as Kaplan International Colleges, Kaplan Law School and Holborn College. Kaplan International Colleges partners with some of the U.K.’s leading universities to provide international students seeking admission to these institutions with academic preparation and English language training. Kaplan Law School operates in London in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University’s Nottingham Law School. Holborn College, also in London, offers various pre-university, undergraduate and postgraduate programs, primarily focusing on law and business, in which students receive degrees from affiliated universities in the U.K. Additionally, Kaplan Open Learning in the U.K. offers online degree programs in disciplines such as business and management, internet marketing and criminal justice. In Asia, APMI Kaplan offers a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate management programs in Singapore and Hong Kong through affiliations with Australian, British and U.S. institutions. Kaplan also offers mainland Chinese students pre-university foundation programs as well as degree offerings from other Western universities which they can study either domestically or abroad. Kaplan also recently expanded its presence in Vietnam and in other areas of Southeast Asia, preparing students for international studies abroad.
Kaplan Professional With operations in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa, Kaplan Professional is one of the premier providers of licensing and continuing education to businesses and individuals in the accounting, insurance, compliance solutions, securities, real estate, financial planning and information technology industries. Through classroom instruction and hundreds of online courses and programs, Kaplan Professional serves customers who must comply with regulatory requirements and who want to earn advanced professional designations to help them progress in their careers. Kaplan Professional provides many of the world's leading financial institutions with educational products that prepare students to earn sought-after qualifications. In addition, our technology-based compliance solutions help companies manage learning initiatives and track corporate compliance activities – all critical to doing business in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. We also develop and provide software for companies to create their own online training. Drawing upon its 71 years of experience in the education sector, Kaplan offers a wide range of services to communities and individuals in need.
