Rob Carbonaro
Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Rob Carbonaro brings over 20 years of sales and general management experience to his position. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales and Client Services at Experience, Inc. which pioneered the first web-based college recruiting platform. At Experience, Rob was a principal member of the founding executive team and involved in all aspects of the business. Rob led the company’s market strategy achieving the number one share position within four years of initial product launch.
Prior to joining Experience, Rob held sales leadership and general management positions at Hewlett-Packard during a period of unprecedented growth in the Computer Products Division. During this time revenue grew from $300 million to more than $8 billion. Previously, Rob held sales leadership positions at NEECO Inc., growing revenue from under $10 million to more than $250 million over five years and completing a successful IPO.
Rob holds a B.S. in business and economics from Plymouth State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Babson College.
